Salt, Red Chilli, Mango Powder, Carom, Cumin, Turmeric, Coriander, Mustard, Garlic, Acid (Citric Acid), Paprika, Fenugreek, Caraway, Acidity Regulator (Tartaric Acid), Clove, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, Big Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger

Steps of cooking

    1. In a bowl, add lemon juice/vinegar, garlic, 1 tbsp oil/ghee, gram our and Mehran Fish Fry Masala. Mix well and apply the mixture on fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
    2. Heat oil and fry fish on medium heat until it becomes brown from both sides.

* Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle Mehran Chaat Masala.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fresh salad, Mehran Chutney/Sauce. Serving for 6 – 8 people. (1 packet 50g)
